Ingredients: - 1 egg - ½ cup coconut flour - Pinch of salt - 2 tablespoon butter - 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients together in food processor until smooth. Line cookie sheet with parchment. Distribute mixture evenly. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cut with pizza cutter. Return to oven, bake another 10 minutes.
Crockpot apple oatmeal. I made this for breakfast this morning. 2 apples - cut in chunks 1 c raisins 2/3 c brown sugar 2 t cinnamon 2 cups whole oats 5 cups water Throw it all into a crockpot and bake for 6-8 hours (depending on how late you go to bed or how early you wake;).
