The dry-erase boards are probably picture frames with paper on the inside of your color/pattern choice, and a few clips, like a clip-board.

Hang a shower caddy on the opposite side of the shower with a coat hook so it doesn't interfere with the faucet- Duh!!!! And stuff doesn't get all mildewy and gross!
