If I ever decided to work out

FERGIE'S WORKOUT HIP SWIVEL Get into a plank, resting on forearms, hands clasped. Lift butt toward ceiling while rotating left hip toward floor; return to plank. Repeat on right side for 1 rep. Do 3 sets of 20. Admire your rock-star abs in the mirror.

Previous pinner said: Arm workout. So I just did this in front of the computer while watching a show. I used 5 lb weights and held each rep for 4 counts and did 15 reps of each exercise. It actually made me break a sweat and my arms are tired. Might actually try doing this for the whole 7 days and see if it makes a difference!

Serious ab and core workout. Someone said: "30-day ab challenge. I just had to repin this because I've been doing it for only 4 days now (and at only 10 reps instead of 25) and already I'm seeing definition. And I've tried pretty much every Ab workout on pinterest and haven't seen these kind of results."

Audrina Patridge's Workout consists of 4 moves for a 6-pack. Two or three times a week, do one set of 20 reps of each move in order without resting then repeat the entire routine once or twice.
