Gotta try this! I love shrimp!!! Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste:)

Chicken Fajita Dip 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken 1 Fajita seasoning 1 (8 oz) pk cream cheese, softened 1 cup mayonaise 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican blend cheese 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers 1 jalapeno pepper, diced Season chicken prior to cooking w/fajita seasoning, cool. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, green chile & jalapeno peppers. Place in oven proof dish, heat @ 350 until until cheese melts through.

A great frosting spread on cakes and piped onto cupcakes, a tasty filling in crepes or on waffles along with some fruit...way less sugar too!!!!

Step 1: Look at the directions on the cake mix, Step 2: Add one more egg (or add 2 if you want it to be very rich), Step 3: Use melted butter instead of oil and double the amount, Step 4: Instead of water, use milk. Step 5: Mix well and bake for the time recommended on the box.
pork butt (I used 2.5 lb - but you can use whatever size needed for your family) 1 can Diet Pepsi 1/2 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce Lawry's Seasoning Salt Generally coat pork butt with Lawry's seasoning salt. Place in crock pot and pour in soda and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
