Crunchy Oats & Honey Granola Bars - Amanda says: I tweaked it a bit. Replaced the nuts with millet, used wheat germ rather than ground flax. Let me just say this is *hands down* my most favorite granola recipe so far. I didn’t make “bars” but let it cook a little longer, and broke it into pieces for granola. A fantastic topping for our homemade yogurt!

Lemon Chex Buddies 9 cups Rice Chex cereal Ingredients: 1 1/4 c white vanilla chips 1/4 c butter 4 tsp grated lemon peel 2 T lemon juice 2 c powdered sugar Directions: Melt chips, butter, juice, and lemon peel for 1 minute in microwave. Stir and heat for another 30 seconds until completely melted or smooth. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; gently shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
