Pumpkin Spiced Oatmeal. In a medium size sauce pan, combine oats, milk, pumpkin puree, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir to combine. Cook oats on low heat, stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes until oats are thoroughly cooked and mixture begins to thicken. Serve warm and top with some, none, or all of the suggested toppings!
