Peanut Butter Brownie Buckeye Cupcakes?....yes please! The girls will love me for this. And so will their running shoes. Haha

New York Cheesecake - This is the single best cheesecake I have ever had. I discovered this Jim Fobel’s cookbook about 20 years ago, and it is the one I return to again and again. It is creamy smooth, lightly sweet, with a touch of lemon. This cheesecake has become the favorite of family and friends who’ve had the good fortune to be served this slice of heavenly goodness.

Baked Apples with Oatmeal Streusel Topping - *a little over half stick (1/4 cup melted butter) *1/2 cup oats *1/2 cup flour (sub GF flour) *1/2 cup brown sugar *1 tsp cinnamon *pinch of ground ginger *pinch of salt - Fill and top apple halves with the mixture. Bake at 350 F until tops are golden brown and apples swell, about 30 minutes....OK,maybe not *good for me* but it's not trash :D

Valentine Wafer Cookies. Okay, now seriously...this just might be my fav pin on this board so far. Simplicity is the name of the game in my book and who would have thought strawberry wafers could be transformed into these charming little gems? People.......absolutely adorable!
