Double drainboard sinks
Classic sink styles that are very practical. You can go vintage or buy new.
Beautiful pairing of a stainless steel sink and detailed wooden posts: "I salvaged this stainless steel vintage sink, 6' long with a built in ribbed counter on either side, from your previous location. I got it for myself, but a client needed it more than me and it became the focal point of a renovated butlers pantry.. we added a romantic pair of heavy turned wood legs, industrial casters and a new wall faucet.. the room has all reclaimed cabinetry too (but from another source)."
This is a great double drainboard sink with high sides and high integral backsplash. It also does not have an apron front which allows it to sit on a set of drawers and cabinets. Available on ebay. This is a 1930 double drain board "Standard" sink. The sink is approx 60" wide at widest by 22" front to back by 13 1/2" high. The backsplash is 12" and the lip is 1 1/2". The sink is 80+ years old
