OMG! I am making this the next time I need to bring an appetizer!!! Prosciutto & Mozzarella Bread Yum! Either make your own dough, or just flatten out a can of refrigerated French bread dough, layer on your prosciutto, some mozzarella (I prefer Asiago Parmesan), and some oregano, then roll up and bake. TIP: This is even better with cracked fresh black pepper and some chunks of roasted garlic. Make two loaves, 'cause you are going to eat the first loaf when it comes out of the oven!

Charleston Cheese Dip Ingredients: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened 1 - cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup grated Monterey jack cheese 2 green onions, finely chopped Dash of cayenne 8 Ritz crackers, crushed 8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
