Movie night treat: Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn. 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 9-10 marshmallows 12 c. popcorn. Microwave brown sugar and butter for 2 minutes. Add marshmallows. Microwave until melted, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pour over popcorn. Definitely going to try this on the stovetop instead of microwave.

Rosemary Sea Salt Pretzels with Rosemary Cheddar Cheese Sauce | Two Peas and Their Pod
Healthy, quick breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana and oatmeal squares. // These are awesome! A pan doesn't last 2 days in our house. They're delicious and super good for you, especially if you substitute applesauce for the brown sugar--one bar is 128 calories & 5 grams of protein. Perfect breakfast with a glass of cold milk. clients.mindbodyo...
(Just tried this today! Very delicious!) Banana Sushi: Flatten a slice of wheat bread, cover it in peanut butter and roll it around a banana. Slice like sushi and drizzle with honey! :) A "healthier" snack and kirk would love it.
Ham & Cheese Pretzel Bites. More fussiness to do from scratch, but yay, homemade pretzel dough. Tip: if it's not a dairy-based pretzel dough, the same boil-then-bake process with a water-based dough (like Trader Joe's prefab pizza dough, hint hint) becomes BAGEL. Bagels and pretzels are first cousins -- so you can snack in the family without spending a day in the kitchen.
Ham & Cheese Pretzel Bites. I think I could omit the ham and just do cheese. Good basic pretzel recipe too!
