Cordon Bleu Lasagna I didn't quite follow this recipe exactly. I omitted the 2c. ham and added 1c. chicken (extra) and 1 c. broccoli florets. Also I omitted the eggs and added chopped spinach to the ricotta mixture. It turned out amazing. The family loved it.
