Mix 1 tablespoon each of: onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, chili powder. 2. Shake together in a container and season it on both sides. 3. Bake the chicken for 30-40 minutes on both sides.

This is what she had to say about her experience, "We usually do these on the gas grill, but it was 104 degrees on the back porch (probably even hotter than that because I was canning salsa on the PIC out there!).
