not an app but...— Gizmon Clip-On Lenses
Done completely in Photo Forge 2 (except for taking the photo - used my iPhone 4s camera) I thought I knew this app, but after browsing the on-line manual, I learned a ton. All the regular editing tools, layering, keeping track of changes, and adding a transparent background png file as a watermark. I have a new favorite app.
