Mediterranean Tuna-Noodle Casserole. Not a big fan of tuna casseroles, but this is NOT your gramma's tuna casserole! This was DELICIOUS, easy, fragrant, and definitely different than ANY tuna casserole I have EVER had. The artichoke hearts and red peppers add a whole new dimension to an old favorite. I ate the rest for lunch the next day. 4 1/2 stars.
