Remember never add ingredients you have not tested. Just substitute where you can. i.e. put in avocado instead of mayo - like that .. :) Or just leave out the ingredients you are reactive to or have not tested . Egg and Avacado High in protein and healthy fats. Ingredients: Whole avocado Eggs Cayenne pepper (or any spice of your choice) Cheese (optional) Remove the stone from an avocado. Scoop out a little more avocado to increase the size of the stone's crater. Crack an egg into the crater. Sprinkle with Cayenne pepper (cheese too if you desire). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until egg is cooked to the level you like.

1/2 to 2/3 cup chopped swiss chard or kale 1/2 cup small broccoli florets 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms 4-5 egg whites, lightly beaten 1 oz shredded fat-free mozzarella cooking spray Spray a small, non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Put all of the veggies in the skillet and let cook for about a minute. Add egg whites and stir, cooking until almost set. Sprinkle with cheese and cover.
