Roasted Pumpkin Seeds I soaked mine overnight in salted water first, then followed this recipe, plus added some nutmeg to the mix as well. Tasty! First time I have been able to eat the whole seed, without it being gross and splintery. Roasting them first on a lower temp until dry I think is the key.
