    I use this a lot but I call it my "kitchen sink" eggs - and I out in a ton of veggies - I like mushrooms especially and they have so few calories. Experiment with spices - I love fresh! And I often use chicken stock for sautéing - pretty much zero calories!

    I would think that would be ok ,I make the anytime veggie that's in the book ,its good .will be following this plan 2 weeks Monday,lost four pounds my husband haslost seven. on the broth you can use canned broth. next week we get a bigger variety so we are looking forward to that.

    Yes we walk on the treadmill 4 days a week. After this next 2 weeks we may just stick to ie or just go low carb and have a little more verity . It will be a lot easier when we can get better fruit and veggies. Right now some of them are awful. Good luck . I think I will try the pasta spinach dish on here tomorrow
