Large seedless watermelon, sliced almonds, toasted coconut, two cans of full-fat coconut milk, and your favorite fresh fruits. Watermelon peeled into the shape of a cake creates base, whipped coconut cream creates the frosting. Nuts, toasted coconut and fresh fruit add decoration.
Great for kids! Sugar is NOT an added ingredient. 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins (optional), 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. (Dr Don Colbert) I'll give it a go.
A girl at work brought these to a baby shower... holy moly! So good, and I couldn't figure out what they were made of!! So easy, a box of Ritz, a bag of toffee bits, and eagle brand condensed milk... then bake, top w/ icing, or chocolate! Delish!!!
Sounds delicious- Another pinner wrote: Whipped cream made from coconut milk. People, if you haven't tried it, you must!! I've been making this one for a while now and it's amazing!!!!!!!!! PS....you can also add a bit of cacao powder to make it chocolate mousse!!!
Take a box of Angel Food Cake mix , and combine it with a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in its own juice. When you do this, something magical happens. The mixture starts to froth and it turns into an amazingly airy, fluffy bowl of deliciousness right before your eyes. Once it's all mixed up, simply pour it into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
