Ground Beef Recipe: Freeze Ahead Meatballs
would like to know comparibly what you would save making these yourself as opposed to buying Frozen Meatballs from the store???
I haven't done a cost comparison, but the main benefit is that I control the ingredients. The prepackaged meatballs contain things like soy, msg and other ingredients that I would rather not eat. Hope this helps. :)
Not to mention a lower grade of beef is used in the pre-made meatballs. It s probably "cheaper" to buy premade but definitely not as healthy & you would be comparing Ferrari's to VW's.

I never even really thought about what ground beef would be like in a stir fry! Heck some good ol' soy or Teriyaki sauce with 5 spice seasoning and you're ready to go!
