Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle from FoodNetwork.com. Out of this world fantastic! I made a few changes which made a big difference. You only need 1 package of gingerbread. Make sure you use the Pumpkin PIE FILLING! It's already sweetened so you won't need the brown sugar. I shredded chocolate on the top instead of gingersnaps; but the snaps would be great. Everyone loves it!
