2 ripe bananas, 1 cup quick oats, choc chips, add a heaping spoonful of natural peanut butter, mix well, plop spoonfuls onto baking sheet, bake at 350 for 15 mins. Delicious!
These are seriously yummy.....- Drain and rinse 1 can of chickpeas and add to a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Take them out and shake ‘em around before returning to the oven for another 15 minutes, (also other healthier snacks)

Vegetable Soup ..... Vegetable Gumbo - WIN! This is absolutely delicious and so very easy. I used kale and all that was available here frozen was a 16 oz bag of black eyed peas, which I thawed before adding. Great served with rice or just as a soup. Also reheats wonderfully and may even taste better the next day.
