Coloured Mason jars / Modge Podge / food colouring. American - Australian translation: 'Modge Podge' is a decoupage medium, I suspect woodglue (Aquadhere) is a substitute, note that neither are water proof. 'Mason Jars' are basically jars with a screw top for home made jams and preserves. Wrap wire around the top and use to hang tea candles?

silhouette *** We were on our way to Cobo Hall to a flower show, twins standing behind our seats, "I hope that guy is there this year," I said, " I want to get their silhouettes cut..." All quiet...then...a meek little voice(BR) "Mama...?...what's a silhouette?" Poor little guy...didn't have any idea what his mother was planning on having "cut..." njoyG
This is a great idea. Lay a world map over 3 canvas, cut into 3 pieces. Coat each canvas with Mod Podge and wrap the maps around them like presents. Let dry and hang on the wall about 2" away from each other. I also like the idea of adding pins to all the places you've been.
Indoor Tulips . . . Step 1 - Fill a glass container about 1/3 of the way with glass marbles or decorative rocks. Clear glass will enable you to watch the roots develop . . . Step 2 - Set the tulip bulb on top of the marbles or stones; pointed end UP. Add a few more marbles or rocks so that the tulip bulb is surrounded but not covered (think support). . .Step 3 - Pour fresh water into the container. The water shouldn't touch the bulb, but it should be very close, so that the roots will grow in...
Such a wonderful memory idea
Would love this outside by the front door for flowers. :)
