Greek Lentil Soup (Fakes) Recipe -- I add thin slices of potato and double the garlic and just eat this stuff up like crazy. It's a really simple soup, but incredibly satisfying.
This is so addictive! 1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil 1/2 t garlic powder (or to your taste) salt to taste 1 box or bag oyster crackers Preheat oven to 250°. In a large mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Stir in oyster crackers mix to coat. Pour crackers onto a large cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so. Cool and add to a covered container.
Dill and Ranch Oyster crackers -- surprised to see this one on Pinterest, I thought it was just a family thing!
Eye of round steak braised in red wine. These steaks are towards the cheaper side -- and don't fuss about the wine, I just use a cheap merlot. The whole thing cooks up amazing. I serve with parmesan couscous and snap peas.

Easy chicken satay. To be frank, I often just dispense with the skewers. Chunk up the chicken, cook it in the skillet, serve with peanut sauce and rice.
Light and fluffy spinach quiche. I use feta as well.
