This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.
Cauliflower Sauce-tastes like alfredo sauce! 50 calories in 1/2 cup instead of 500 calories in 1/2 cup Alfredo!

A little upset after learning that the Truvia I bought today, thinking it was all made natural from the Stevia plant, is not in fact natural!! Its all processed :( I researched it a bit when I got home. But I did find out that Trader Joe's has 100% pure stevia. AND I found a recipe to make my own all natural, healthy sweetner:
