Jack Frost Martinis 4 cups ice cubes 1 cup pineapple juice, chilled 1/2 cup blue curacao 1/2 cup light rum 1/2 cup cream of coconut 4 slices pineapple In blender, combine ice, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, rum, and cream of coconut and blend until mixture is smooth. Pour into 4 glasses.
BLUE OCEAN 1 oz. vodka 1/2 oz. blue curacao 1/3 oz. grapefruit juice 1-2 splashes simple syrup Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice; shake, then strain and serve either straight up in a martini glass or over ice. Garnish with an orange slice & tropical flower.
