Dark Chocolate Cake | Cooking on the Side - this was delicious! I substituted the sour cream in the frosting with Greek Yogurt, and used all dark chocolate instead of some unsweetened. i baked in 9" pans instead of 8", and baked for 30 minutes. Next time I might try the suggestion of using boiling coffee instead of just boiling water in the batter to bring out the chocolate flavor (although it's not lacking!).
Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich Made this one the other day and it was a hit.
