Freezer Friendly Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole -- this recipe is hands down one of our very favorite. It's easy to whip up, it's frugal, and it freezes well!
English muffin halves w/ sliced hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, mozzarella - grill til melted
(Original comment) I almost don't want to "give" this recipe away, but it's so good I have to share. I've tried a few others found online & have created my own in the past - however, this combines all of those good elements into one. ONLY EAT if you APPRECIATE yummy enchiladas. :)

Holy moly! My mother-in-law makes these abd they are so wonderfullly addicting: 1 – 1 1/4 cup canola oil1 packet Ranch dressing mix 2-3 Tbs. red pepper flakes 4 sleeves of Saltine crackers 1) Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl for a good long while (5-10 minutes). 2) Lay them out on a cookie sheet and drizzle the yummy, ranchy, peppery oil that’s in the bottom of the bowl, over the top of the crackers. Bake at 250 degrees for 15-20 minutes, stirring them around about halfway through. 3) Let them cool and store
Eight-Layer Casserole: first, let's get rid of that ground beef. Ground turkey, even turkey sausage, would be better. If you've never tried ground deer and have a friend who hunts and has some, give it a go--would be great in this recipe! For the wide noodles, use wheat penne or spirals. Biggest culprits are cheese and sour cream--go light/low-fat on these to make this dish much better!
10 weeknight casseroles with ground beef or ground turkey. because sometimes you just need to throw something in the oven
HOLY MOLY..I've heard this is so good! Crockpot Italian Chicken: 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 2 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta. Wowzers!
This site has 9 Ways to Use Chia Seeds. My favorite is TROPICAL DREAM CHIA PUDDING-1 Tbsp chia seeds,1 medium banana, 1/2 cup of fresh diced pineapple, 1/4 cup of water--In a blender, blend banana and water.Pour blended mixture into a dessert container or bowl. Add chopped pineapple.Stir in 1 Tbsp of chia seeds. Mix very well. Pop into refrigerator to set up. The longer you let it set up the better it tastes. Let it refrigerate over night. | via @SparkPeople
