Freezer Friendly Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole -- this recipe is hands down one of our very favorite. It's easy to whip up, it's frugal, and it freezes well!

(Original comment) I almost don't want to "give" this recipe away, but it's so good I have to share. I've tried a few others found online & have created my own in the past - however, this combines all of those good elements into one. ONLY EAT if you APPRECIATE yummy enchiladas. :)

This site has 9 Ways to Use Chia Seeds. My favorite is TROPICAL DREAM CHIA PUDDING-1 Tbsp chia seeds,1 medium banana, 1/2 cup of fresh diced pineapple, 1/4 cup of water--In a blender, blend banana and water.Pour blended mixture into a dessert container or bowl. Add chopped pineapple.Stir in 1 Tbsp of chia seeds. Mix very well. Pop into refrigerator to set up. The longer you let it set up the better it tastes. Let it refrigerate over night. | via @SparkPeople
