Bourbon Cherry Coke Ingredients 4 ounces bourbon 1 ¼ cups fresh cherries, pitted 1 teaspoon sugar 12 ounces cold coca cola Instructions In a large glass or bowl muddle together the bourbon, cherries and sugar until you have a pulp. Split them between two ice filled highball glasses and fill the glasses with cold coca cola. Serve with a straw.
Pineapple Coconut Margarita (Midnight Margaritas!): 2 oz Coconut Tequila, 4 oz. Coconut water flavored with pineapple, 1 T agave nectar or more to taste, ½ lime juice, salt to rim the glass, optional. Combine all ingredients in a shaker except the salt. Run a slice of lime around the edge of the glass and dip edge of glass in salt. Add crushed ice to the glass and fill with margarita. X

Green eyes: my fave cocktail made with Midori melon liquer. MIDORI (1oz), Malibu Rum (1oz), Cream of coconut (1/2oz), fresh Lime Juice (1/2oz) and Pineapple Juice (1 1/2oz). Pour ingredients over ice into a glass, and stir gently. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Butterbeer frappuccino - Ask for a creme frappuccino base made with whole milk and whipped cream and add in 3 pumps of caramel syrup, 3 pumps of toffee nut syrup and caramel drizzle. This recipe is for a grande, so adjust based on size or if you prefer a beverage that’s lighter on the sweetness. Definitely a must try for any Harry Potter fan!
