Crockpot Asian Flare Porkchops! This looks & Sounds really good! Ingredients 6 boneless pork chops, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 cloves garlic crushed, salt and pepper to taste Directions Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. Cook on Low setting for 6 hours.

    I made this last night & it is awesome. I also changed it to 1/2 cup each of the brown sugar, ketchup & soy sauce. I left out the salt as well as the ginger. Next time I will use low sodium soy sauce because I thought it was a little salty even without the salt. I put in 2 tsp of minced garlic from the store. We had it with Chinese veggies & noodles. There are only 2 of us so instead of 6 chops I used 2 thick boneless chop. The 'sauce' that was left over I divided into 2 small freezer bags & froze. We will use it to baste on chops or chicken on the grill this summer.

6 porkchops 1 packet ranch dressing 1 can cream of mushroom 6 hours low or 4 hours high. Doesn't get easier than this. I just put this in the crockpot! Hoping it is GREAT! Will let you know.

    So, these are good. I made them and used as a Chicken Parmesan type meal. I would not do taht again but just with a dipping sauce they were good. Used ketchup.
