Smoky Collard Greens (no meat version)
Ingredients: 3 lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs 2 c soy sauce 2 c water 1 1/2 c br sugar 1 bunch of green onions chopped 1/4 c white onion chopped 1/2 t minced garlic 1 t sesame oil 1-13.5 oz can of coconut milk Remove fat from chicken Mix soy sauce water br sugar onions garlic oil & coconut milk in bowl Marinade chicken for 4-24 hrs Grill chicken at low heat 5-7 min per side until done Serve w/ rice or noodles top with green onion and additional soy sauce
