DIY How to make large tissue paper flowers
balloon + tulle = gorgeous DIY decorations
450 balloons, a few toddlers and the most awesome 2nd birthday party ever. I used a baby fence to leave a balloon free path for adults to be near at hand, then later used the fence to corral balloons and make them deeper. My two year old loves crawling under them. $50 in balloons. I do suggest using an air compressor to save your lungs.
Tape balloons in the shape of the birthday age on the garage door on the day of party...
Play this every Christmas, but using gloves, makes it way funnier. Have everyone who is playing get in a big circle, one player gets the tape ball and the player in front of them a pair of dice. The player with the ball removes tape as fast as they can and anything they dislodge is theirs to keep. The player with the dice is trying to roll doubles as quickly as they can so they get a turn. As soon as they get doubles they pass the dice to the person next to them and then they get the tape ball.
Tape ball with prizes inside.. Set a timer and pass it around for each player to try and unwrap as much as they can
