Potato Ham Chowder - A warm and filling chowder that's incredibly creamy and rich, perfect for those chilly winter nights!

Corn & Crab Bisque 1 stick of butter 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 quart of half and half 1 can cream of celery 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 T of flour 1 lb. crab meat(or 2 cans) or 1 lb shrimp 3 cans cream of corn Tabasco to taste 1 tsp Beazell's Cajun Seasoning I also add cream of mushroom soup to mine Melt butter, add flour and blend thoroughly. Add onions and cook slowly on low fire for 10 minutes. Add other ingredient. Cook slowly for 20 minutes.

Maritime Clam Chowder- I don't really need to pin this since it's a local staple and well known, but I think other people need to see it ;)
