Dr Oz: Slimdown Drink - Combine 1 C grapefruit juice, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, and 1 tsp honey. Drink this combination before every meal. Apple cider vinegar helps you burn and break down fat. This drink combination also burns away your fat, literally. Drink it 3 x per day before meals.
Cabbage soup - 0 point Weight Watchers. If you like cabbage - this will be your go-to meal. Very good and filling. I mixed beef and chicken broths (low and reg sodium). I also replaced the tomato paste with canned tomatoes. You could even add whole wheat fusilli pasta to your bowl of soup to get your good carbs for the day. Also freezes well.
