Tone & Tighten: Weekly Workout Plan- At-Home Crossfit Workouts
Just finished this work out and it kills! broke it up with running a lap (at the gym) between the squats and sit ups, between the calf raises and Russian twists, and then at the end before starting over. That added a mile of running in after repeating three times and helped break up the workout!
