Thomas Tham. It is amazing to me, that this child can smile with the turmoil around her. She picks up a wired conduit to be used as her new found toy. She smiles. She plays. She is a child. Not knowing the world around her disintegrates. Or maybe she does know. I look at her and I praise God for her smile and thank Him for my blessings. JP 9/16/2012

A true fighting spirit! Go Oogy Go! Meet Oogy, Oogy was about ten weeks old and weighed 20 pounds he was tied to a stake and used as bait for a Pit Bull. The left side of his face including most of his ear was torn off. He was bitten so hard a piece of his lower jaw was crushed. Afterward, he was thrown into a cage and left to bleed to death. If you have time to reblog pointless hipster photos, youll have time to reblog this, respect for Oogy...I have never met this guy but I love him

I"m not feeling so happy with my shoe fettish right now. It's time to donate some shoes (among other things) and to be satisfied and thankful for all that I have.

Compassion is not fundamentally integrated into Western society because being compassionate doesn’t ‘make you the big bucks’. Being compassionate is a personal choice. A mission. It is a decision to treat others as if they are extensions of yourself. It involves seeing people as equals and treating them with respect.
