I like the idea of keeping a list like this visible so you don't forget all the little, totally doable things you can do every day (when my brain turns to mush and I'm tempted to put on a movie).

Cut a bar of Ivory soap in fourths. Put 1/4 piece of soap bar into microwave & heat for 1-2 mins. Note: I put it on a paper plate to minimize the mess/clean-up. WATCH what happens! Stop it when appropriate.
