Awesome cornstarch and water fun!
4 cups sand + 2 cups cornflour + 1 cup of water = moon sand
The Homemade Water Color Recipe: * 3 tbsp baking soda * 3 tbsp cornstarch (cornflour/kornflor in Israel) * 3 tbsp white vinegar * 1 1/2 tsp light corn syrup * food coloring, add sparingly to individual pots * watercolor paper, you know like that $2 pad you've been saving for 7 years (just like me!)
I could probably modify this and use magnets to put it on the side of the fridge - Im out of space in the kitchen lol
Run crayons through a hot glue gun onto canvas. Fun
This finger paint was supposed to be eatable but my 1 1/2 year old spit it out and said YUCKY! Let me help you with this recipie because it came out lumpy for me. Take 1cup of cold water and desolve the corn starch THEN add it to the pot. Also I would try adding a packet of invisible Kool-aid next time to help it taste better. I will let you know if that works. -C Kiddos, Crafts Ideas, Kids Stuff, Homemade Painting, Homemade Fingers Painting, Kids Crafts, Fun, Kidsstuff, Diy

[wooden letters glued to canvas and painted. so easy to make.] I did this with some spare foam letters - painted them all white, glued them onto white canvas, then painted the letters and the canvas all in a shade of blue that worked well in our bedroom. A project completed in one evening (working around drying time). Puffy Painting, Quotes, Wood Letters, Letters Gluing, Canvas Art, Canvas Wall Art, Wooden Letters, Puff Painting, Canvases
