Cauliflower Pizza Bites. Each bite is only ~8 calories, ~0.5 carbs, ~1.25 protein. AND they are delicious!

Whipped cream made from coconut milk. Put a can in the refrig for a few hours. It will get thick on top and separate from the water. Scoop it out and add a little cinnamon and a little vanilla extract and whip it up. Yum! {gluten and dairy free}
