Bourbon-Cinnamon Maple Syrup recipe: 3/4 cup real maple syrup, 1 tsp Bourbon, 1" stick cinnamon. Combine all in small saucepan, cover & simmer on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles, rosti, ice cream, oatmeal etc.
