White Cheese and Chicken Lasagna. Completely different than your typical lasagna but super creamy and delicious! Need 11-12 noodles, used rotisserie chicken, used a whole bag of fresh spinach and cooked in a skillet until just wilted. I also used "no boil" noodles and let them soak in hot water while prepping the lasagna...turned out perfect. Would be good for company!
