zuchinni/pineapple jam 6 cups shredded Zuchinni 6 C. sugar 1/2 C. water 1 20 oz. can of drained pineapple-keep juice 2-3 oz. Island Pinapple jello Boil liguids and sugar add Zuchnni, boil 10 min. add Jello, boil 2 min. Jar. Proscess in boiling water bath 10 min.
