Serves 4: - 2 lbs of chopped, grilled chicken - 3 cups of fresh or frozen broccoli - 1 cup of peas - 4 cups of brown rice Directions: Cook the chicken in a pan sprayed with butter flavored Pam. Add the broccoli and peas until all are heated. Cook the brown rice separately and serve the chicken and veggies over the top of the brown rice. Add a little low sodium soy sauce for more flavor.
