What a great idea for those who like to "check" things off of a list. This is a fun visual that will now be on my Educate Me Learning Center desk at home. Write a bunch of exercises (with reps) on popsicle sticks and put them in one cup. Whenever you have a chance- grab one, do what it says, and move the stick to the "done" cup.
Bicycle Baby Stroller... this is so cool! I like this better than dragging the baby behind the bike -- perhaps this will make exercising easier? hahahah we'll see when it happens. eventually ;)
