Salads For Healthy Living

I love fresh salads. They are refreshing & if you eat one a day you will regulate your weight naturally. Don't add salad dressing to them because you will miss out on the taste of freshness. Dip your fork on the dressing then on the salad. Yumm!

Summertime Salad 1 large orange (juiced) 2 large oranges (peeled and separated) 1 apple (peeled, cored, and diced) 4 kiwis (peeled and sliced into medallions) 3 bananas (peeled and sliced into medallions) 1 large tray of strawberries (cut into quarters)1 tray of blueberries 1 tray of blackberries 1 tbsp raw agave Any additional fruit and nuts can be added at your discretion.
