    where do you buy the felt pads?

    @Megan McManus There are a variety of self-adhesive felt pads at Home Depot or Lowes, such as the ones attached under chair legs so they don't scratch the floor. Hope that helps.

    what kind/brand of clear spray paint is best for this project?

    I did this and the paper peeled off when dried. Guessing because the tiles are glazed. Does it matter which finish mod podge was used?
