How to: Clean a burnt pan with1 c. vinegar, 2T baking soday, 1 c. water. Add water and vinegar to pan, heat to boiling. Remove pan from heat, add baking soda. After fizz dies down, empty pan and scour. Should come clean, if not make a paste with baking soda and water and scrub with that until clean.
