I cannot wait for the summer season to be here. Can you? I miss hiking, chilling in a nice sunny weather and most of all, I miss summer foods. Just cannot wait to eat fresh fruit and most definitely grilled foods. A friend of mine shared this recipe with me and a tip to bake chicken kebabs in the oven. Chicken turned out moist and well balanced in flavor.

My husband talked about this for two days - 4 thawed chicken breasts, 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Chicken on bottom - Stove Top over chicken, Cream of Chicken/Sour Cream mix on top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low. Trying this right now!!
