I am sure I pinned this before but I did not want to take a chance that I didn't! Chicken taco chili...only about 200 calories a serving and made 8 servings! 1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can corn kernels, 16 oz tomato sauce, 28 oz diced tomatoes, packet taco seasoning, 1 tbsp chili powder, 3 boneless chicken breasts. 6 hours high or 10 hours low in the crock pot.
Whole chicken, bottle of BBq sauce, can of coke, a whole onion peeled and quartered, and a lemon quartered thrown in a crock pot cooked on low for 6-8 hours.... Yummy!

Butter Chicken. DIY : Heat some butter in a pot, add your chopped onions and sauté until translucent, then add 2 teaspoons of garlic and your spices and stir in half of your tin of coconut cream and let it cook for 3 minutes before adding your diced chicken fillet. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes then add in some chopped dhanya and the fresh cream, and reduce heat. Once chicken is soft and tender the dish is complete. Boil & steam 2 cups of Basmati rice to serve with your butter chicken
