ALMOND CRUSTED PIZZA: 2 cups almond flour (ground almonds), 1/2 tsp organic garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Celtic salt, 2 Eggs, 1 Tablespoon melted Refined Coconut Oil, 4 oz Raw Grated Cheese, 4 T organic tomato sauce, Toppings of your choice ( peppers, mushrooms, olives, onions). In a bowl mix Almond Flour, Garlic Powder, Salt, Eggs and Coconut oil in a bowl Mix until all ingredients above are well combined. Divide "dough" into 2 portions and roll into two balls.
Alternative to pasta: Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat on the stove.Add slaw and 1/4 cup water. Stirring occasionally, cook until water has evaporated and slaw has softened slightly, about 5 - 8 minutes (never thought to use broc slaw like this! Good call!)
