Telescope Octopus (Amphitretus pelagicus) because of its strange tubular eyes. It's the only (known) species that has them. these guys hang out in the pelagic zone of the Indian and Pacific oceans so you'd have a good chance of spotting them if you ever went scuba diving in the open ocean.
